Let us continue with the topic.... The effects of how years and lifestyles are stored in the body. Or storing only the times we live in. Because they affect, burden, store themselves. In the form of harmful substances from smog, from preservatives and other additives in food or cosmetics.
I have already written about skin and gray hair:
Today I’ll talk about the inside of the body.
At the moment, my relatively healthy lifestyle consists of using the screen late in the evening, and supposedly I should finish two hours before bedtime, but.... I plan to go to bed after 10 pm, not after midnight. They're eating chips in the living room, and I - after waiting 1 hour after dinner - am now sipping diatomaceous earth, not wine or coffee.
I'm in such a state that maybe nothing in particular ails me (and for that I'm grateful), but a power like I had in high school I don't have. Tired, muddled, sugar-laden, intoxicated? I don't know. I've also caught several colds in the past year, after which a cough and mild runny nose remained for weeks. I, who always bragged that I don't get sick.
Recognizing such issues or the physical inefficiency of the body in contact with ladders, I try to improve somehow.
I have been exercising regularly for two and a half years now. I've switched from dumbbells mainly to Pilates, which works wonders for the figure, spine, body strengthening, stretching and mental well-being.
For about a week now, I've been trying not to sit up at night with the computer, and instead slowly getting up earlier. And I am getting up earlier.
In addition to lifestyle changes, those that are real, seeing this stored time in the body, I sometimes go for more specific help.
I went for diatomite from a recommendation on the Internet. It provides several important elements and is said to cleanse, too. You know, it slowly cleanses from.... worms and other elements that unnecessarily linger in the digestive system. I reasoned that even if the cleansing didn't work, at least I would have stronger nails and hair. And I have! I mean, my nails are fine since I don't use polish ;) , while my hair holds up better after diatomite. And even new hair is growing. I also have the impression that the bruises under my eyes decrease during the periods when I drink it.
Now I've read that diatomaceous earth even kills unwanted microorganisms, removes heavy metals, strengthens joints, bones and even skin, and through detoxification enables the body to absorb required substances from food more efficiently.
As for my supplements, at the beginning of the year, on the recommendation of close people, I went for an adaptogen and something for the brain. It's possible that these two things allowed me to get through the months at all and not fall on my nerves.
Adaptogens are substances known by humans for hundreds of years, and more contemporarily studied by Soviet scientists. They help the body adapt to conditions as they are. And sometimes they are unfavorable. Adaptogens regulate, normalize. To whom something needs to be lowered, they lower it, to whom it needs to be raised - they raise it. They give relief from stress.
Something for the brain was to strengthen memory, clarity of thinking. Well, make it so that with two children, the brain doesn't get gray and so that I don't get hung up once and for all. Because my thoughts were getting lost, seriously.
On top of that, I eat vitamin D in the winter. I don't know if you remember that 10+ years ago vitamin D3 supplementation was considered something of a belief in conspiracy theories? Doctors didn't recommend it. Today, companies and medics advertise and compete on who has a higher dose.
There are also short periods when I take iron. The anemia comes back to hold me down, and the doctors.... are limited. I know that if I take iron pills, my blood result will go up. The doctor will write in the papers that he has cured me, and from then on the result will start to drop. To me, it’s not keeping the body healthy. It's like putting more sand into a leaky bag instead of thinking about why the sand is decreasing as we carry the bag.
Well, okay, some doctors see a piece further. These ones say that maybe I'm menstruating incorrectly, during which maybe I'm losing too much blood or too often or for too long, so.... eating iron is indeed stupid, so better eat hormones, regulating the reproductive system!
Okay, I know some ways and - again - gentle lifestyle changes that make this anemia move farther away. And yet, in order not to get too close to the borderline of life-threatening in worse periods, I sometimes take this iron.
…
Since overall I'm still slowed down by fatigue or confusion in my head anyway…
Although changes in thoughts affect the body and energy levels too! - take a peek at what's being discussed here:
I'm planning to get my blood tests done, then go through a decent cleansing process laid out not by me, and then retest and of course assess my well-being.
In two-three weeks. After the full moon.
General rule: after the new moon we sow, develop, build. After a full moon, we complete tasks or cleanse, remove, declutter, uproot, heal.
…
That's it in a nutshell about the state of my healthy after all and slim body a while after 30. Maybe it will be useful to someone.

After the sound of the waves and the singing of birds to quiet the family while I work on the computer, the time came for the sounds of rain and thunderstorms. How it relaxes and de-stresses me!
