On beautiful May days, as I do, I encourage you to get out into nature. To breathe in the fresh air, to move the beautiful bones, to listen to the birds and the wind, to breathe in that intense freshness and liveliness. But you already know this and yawn that I always encourage you to go to the woods and bushes.
Today there will be additional suggestions for this time.

Have you heard of the subject of the subconscious? It is it that psychotherapists dig into in order to make a person stand on his own feet. It's in it that somehow the history of mankind, culture, symbolism, such as recorded in fairy tales, are all stored. It is because of the subconscious that you have such and not other dreams. Going further, it is because of it how you are going in life. That's what they say.
That's because our actions and decisions come from what we have stored in the subconscious. From beliefs, fears, rules that sit there and work, and we actually don't know who saved them there and whether we want to have them.
From what picture of the world and shoulds we have in the subconscious arise our decisions and actions. And from them comes what kind of life we have. Where we live, how we feel, what we do, what we enjoy and what we get upset about.
And all this can be reprogrammed. Upload new software from a new floppy disk and have a new, different life as a result.
So if we assume that the subconscious influences us so strongly, it's certainly worthwhile to... clean up there.
